Never a falter in getting good and clear answers. The work was hard, hot, and difficult. But, no one backed away or slacked off, always carrying on in a professional manner.
We had a little issue with a broken water line in the house and woke up to a flooded house. My insurance agent recommended SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson and I am soooo thankful he did. Water has been been found in places I never would have thought. They have expertly handled everything so far and are still here removing baseboards. Really impressed with quality of service. Steadily removing wet baseboards drilling holes to check Sheetrock and cleaning up immediately. They even wrapped up clothes in the closet that were on the hangers.
The crew that came out to my house were kind and courteous. I would definitely use again!

About the Owners
My career with SERVPRO started by accident. My husband and friends were adjusters in the insurance business. At that time, mold remediation was a very hot topic in Houston and my husband and I decided to jump into the businesses and purchase a SERVPRO franchise. We wanted to take the risk and try entrepreneurship to truly help our community. With that, we purchased with the SERVPRO of Bellaire location. I found that I had a chance to really make a difference and help people in one of the most stressful times of their life. My most recent SERVPRO franchise that I have purchased is SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson in 2005.
With over 16 years in the business, I now have a vast array of knowledge on water damage, fire damage, mold damage and growth, professional cleaning and full remediation. I have been blessed to have meet so many great people along the way in both customers and employees. I am especially proud of the over 13 years of licensed mold remediation work we’ve done and the fact that we were one of the first businesses to be licensed to do so!
My goal for these franchises is to provide the best level of customer service and an excellent experience through such a difficult time for people. The destruction of a person’s property is an overwhelming time with so many issues that need to be handled. As a result of my customer focused approach, we now employee over 25 people with interviews conducted almost daily to add to our growing enterprise. Business is booming and I couldn’t be happier with where we are today!
