I couldn't have asked for a better experience. John and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They even took the time to make sure my heirlooms were preserved during the pack out of my home. John went above and beyond and worked with my insurance company to assist me with the reconstruction process. SERVPRO of Flowermound came through for me when I needed them most and made it "like it never happened"! Thank you John and Staff!
Had a leak inside the garage wall. Was worried about the leak and possibility of mold. Called and they were friendly and sent techs out same day. Answered my questions and put my mind at ease.
Helped my mom with a leak and overall had a great experience through this tough time. All my mothers things were treated well and returned cleaner than they have ever been.

SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville’s owner, John Mondy, is a retired major from the U.S. Army. Though his geographical location has changed his motivation and dedication to help those in need hasn’t wavered in the least. In fact it is this dedication that has led him to ensure that the company holds every available IICRC certificate. John is 1 of the 35 individuals in the world certified as a Triple Master Restorer. Our office is Licensed with the State of Texas to perform mold remediation with two Licensed Mold Remediation Contractors ensuring we can manage any size project. We hold the National Certificate for biohazard/crime scene/trauma clean up and have a structural engineer as well as an occupational health nurse on retainer. As an Esporta Certified Operator, we are able to handle all of your textiles that have been affected by fire, water, or mold. SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville also has a full Reconstruction Team which means you can work with one contractor from the beginning of your loss all the way through.
