Wanda Mondy is a managing partner with added responsibilities of the Contents Division Manager at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. She is a graduate from UTD Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and recently welcomed her son home from serving in the United States Army. She enjoys refinishing furniture, listening to audio books and spending as much time as she can with her grandbabies! Wanda has been with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville for 14 years with training in Xactimate Software as well as being a Certified Esporta Operator. She also has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Vadale Brooks is a Crew Chief with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. He has 5 children and enjoys watching basketball & football. He also loves playing with his RC remote control cars! Vadale has worked in the restoration industry for 25 years 20 of which have been here with our team! He is a Mold Certified Worker with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Fire Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, & Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Rhonda Shuler is the Production Support Manager at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. She has 14 years of experience with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville as well as training for QuickBooks, & Xactimate Software. She enjoys crafting, thrifting & remaking things. She has a large group of family & friends that she loves spending time with camping & boating. Her son just graduated high school and her daughter is about to finish at Texas State. Rhonda has the following certifications from IICRC: Water Removal Technician, & Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Michael is a Production Technician with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville and recently celebrated his 1 year! He enjoys watching soccer and movies, spending time with his family, eating good food and watching shows about health. Michael is a Certified Mold Worker through TDLR and has the following certifications from the IICRC: Water Restoration Technician, Fire Restoration Technician

Jackie Bonilla is the Soft Contents Supervisor with the Soft Contents Division and has been with the SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville team for 16 years. Jackie works on all things contents from pack outs, cleaning, textile restoration, and move backs. She is a certified Esporta technician and utilizes iCat Packout Software on all contents jobs.

Johnathan is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville and recently celebrated his 1 year! He has 3 children, likes to travel, listen to music, and spend as much time as he can with his family. Johnathan is a Certified Mold Worker through TDLR and has the following certifications with IICRC: Water Restoration Technician, Fire Restoration Technician, & Carpet Cleaning Technician

Sonia Pineda is the contents Supervisor at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville and has been with our team for 15 years. Sonia works on all things contents from pack outs, cleaning, textile restoration, and move backs. She is a certified Esporta technician and utilizes iCat Packout Software on all Contents jobs.

Geremy is a Production Technician with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville and recently celebrated his 1 year! He's married with 3 children and loves spending time with them. They like to travel and discover new places together. Geremy is a Certified Mold Worker with TDLR and has the following certifications through IICRC: Water Restoration Technician, Fire Restoration Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician

Aurora Mora is a Production Technician in the Contents Division at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville and has been with our team for 5 years. Aurora works on all things contents from pack outs, cleaning, textile restoration, and move backs. She is a certified Esporta technician and utilizes iCat Packout Software.

Robert Mondy is the Equipment and Facilities Manager here at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. He is a big Dallas Cowboys fan as well as the Marvel series and enjoys spending time with his family. Robert is a certified Water Removal Technician with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Sajjad is a newer Production Technician at SERVPRO of Flower Mound, celebrating his 1 month! When he's not restoring homes he is in the garage tinkering with automotive projects or driving his motorcycle to new places. He has a keen eye to detail and a love for hands on work! Sajjad is a Certified Water Restoration Technician through IICRC.

Eric is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. Born and raised in Texas he is a passionate individual who loves to stay active and enjoy life. When he's not restoring homes you can find him hitting the bowling lanes, casting a line in the water, gaming with friends, or catching waves wakeboarding! Eric believes in enjoying every moment and making the most of his time outdoors. He is a certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT) with IICRC.
