Well, it’s 2020! With the beginning of a new year, it’s always good to reflect on the last year and what a year it was. SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville welcomed new people to the team, invested in even more equipment to better serve our community and even took a trip or two to help out our green team. A team of technicians and office staff ran in Highland Village’s Texas Fallen PD 5k, set up a hole at the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce Tin Cup Open and let’s not forget the annual SERVPRO sponsored First Responders Bowl! 2019 was a great year and with the fantastic SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville team paired with the amazing community we’re lucky to serve 2020 looks like it’s going to be just as great!

This team helped when I needed a pack out due to a water loss in my home. They were prompt, professional, and helpful when I had questions. They worked directly with my insurance company which took a lot of the burden off of me. If needed I would use SERVPRO of Flower Mound again.
I am a licensed Asbestos Inspector and work with this location fairly often. The crews I have met on jobsites are always polite and professional. The customers always seem pleased with their services, punctuality, and attention to detail. To me, the biggest plus is they always answer the phone and are easy to work with.
We had water/mold damage and we contacted SERVPRO of Flower Mound. We were quickly assigned Jacob Page as our project manager. These folks are exceptionally good at what they do and Jacob (Jake) and Marissa were always available when I or my wife called with questions or status. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Flower Mound even if you live 20 - 30 miles away and if you want peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. Thank you Jake & Marissa you are an asset to SERVPRO of Flower Mound and SERVPRO brand.

SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville’s owner, John Mondy, is a retired major from the U.S. Army. Though his geographical location has changed his motivation and dedication to help those in need hasn’t wavered in the least. In fact it is this dedication that has led him to ensure that the company holds every available IICRC certificate. John is 1 of the 35 individuals in the world certified as a Triple Master Restorer. Our office is Licensed with the State of Texas to perform mold remediation with two Licensed Mold Remediation Contractors ensuring we can manage any size project. We hold the National Certificate for biohazard/crime scene/trauma clean up and have a structural engineer as well as an occupational health nurse on retainer. As an Esporta Certified Operator, we are able to handle all of your textiles that have been affected by fire, water, or mold. SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville also has a full Reconstruction Team which means you can work with one contractor from the beginning of your loss all the way through.
