David Buffington
David is our production manager. He has been in the restoration industry for the past 7 years.
He has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his attention to detail.
When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and going to the lake.
Zach Cornell
Zach is our Operations Manager and has been with the SERVPRO team since May of 2021.
He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has lived most of his life in Columbus, Ohio. He is a recent transplant to the Dallas area and likes pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
Natalie Shawkey
Natalie is our Administrative Assistant, who was born and raised in the DFW area. She is very well organized, enjoys helping clients schedule their mitigation needs and will answer any questions they might have regarding their invoice. She has been married for 10 years and has 2 loveable dogs that are like her children, a German Shepard, and a Shih tzu/Maltese mix. If she isn’t home, she is usually with her family enjoying all the time she can, because life is short.
Mike Kearney
Mike has been in the Dallas area for over 35 years and has been involved in small business as an owner of a home and commercial remodeling company as well as an operations director of a major event venue in north Dallas. He enjoys working with everyone in the community to get projects completed and exceeding expectations for a job will done.

We had a slow leak in one of our upstairs bathrooms that resulted in some significant damage to not only the bathroom subflooring but also the outside patio due to the location of the leak. This meant we needed to demo basically the entire bathroom (floor/wall tile, vanity, subfloor) and the process seemed a little overwhelming. I had never used homeowners insurance so I really needed someone to help guide me through the process.
Miranda and the team at SERVPRO were fantastic. Miranda worked directly with my insurance company to ensure we received the dollars needed to get our bathroom back to normal and outside patio looking great again. She walked me through the process, timelines and answered all the questions my wife and I had. While we used our own tile subcontractors, SERVPRO had quality contractors available if we wanted to go that route. We did use their contractors for the exterior work.
