I used the Braun Station location. I called, and there was a crew here in a couple hours to manage water damaged areas, set up fans and dehumidifiers. They handled everything same day; with cleanup too! Three days later, they came back to test everything and remove all equipment so I could deal with the next steps. Great group of guys! Thank you to Samantha, Andrew, Jon, Abraham, Ram, and Joseph!!

We came home from vacation to find our house flooded. Our insurance company (State Farm) connected us with ServPro, and the lead guy, Jon, was out at our house the same day, reviewing the scope of the work and making his plans. Since then, ServPro has been at our house all week working hard to dry out our kitchen and the other affected rooms, and now they're starting the (necessary) demo work, pulling up the floor, pulling out the walls and insulation. They know what they're doing. Project leads Jon and Andrew have been very responsive to all of our questions and requests and all things considered, they've made a stressful and frankly bewildering process about as easy for us to deal with as I can imagine it being. Thanks, ServPro.
