What our
customers are saying

Joel Williams Bobbi, and the SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson crew did the emergency dry-out at our Knoxville rental after a leak from the unit above. They were prompt, professional, and explained the drying process clearly at every step. Equipment was set up quickly, the unit was dried out, and the equipment was removed within days. Joel was responsive and easy to reach throughout, and the team was respectful of our tenant's home. I appreciate the crew's hard work getting the unit dried out.

Bernadette Chew

Kevin, John, and Adrian were all very professional and cleaned our air ducts quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have used this company in our home and are happy to recommend them to you.

Dee Christy

Casey, Veronica, Candy and Christian did an awesome job cleaning up and packing my home before the repairs! So easy to work with and very nice and respectful.

Cat Shepherd

The crew showed up on time, they explained the process they would be performing, they set up containment did a very in-depth opening up of the walls located all the affected areas, performed the needed treatment, then did a very excellent job cleaning up. Highly recommend this crew and company.
