Jeff Cuthbertson
Jeff is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Chattanooga. Jeff grew up in Scottsboro, AL and worked in construction throughout junior high and high school. After high school, he lived in the Dominican Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. He then attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in Facilities Management. While at BYU, Jeff met Jessica Erin Parks Cuthbertson. They have been happily married since 2005 and have three children: Kellen, Taylor Bea, and Ava.

John-Paul Morgante
John-Paul joined our team in July 2024 as our Human Resource Manager. He attended the University of Southern California for a BA in Chemistry, The Open University for his MBA in Business Administration and Management, and National University for his PhD in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership. He has been a great addition to our team and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.

Kate Dykes
Kate Dykes joined Team Cuthbertson in June 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator. Since then, she has taken on various roles, including Digital Marketing Manager and her current position as Director of Administration. With a strong foundation in digital marketing, Kate is expanding her expertise in administration at SERVPRO. She is dedicated to enhancing the team's capabilities and fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring that both her department and the organization continue to grow and thrive.

Matt Holland
Matt Holland joined Team Cuthbertson in 2014 as our Large Loss Manager and is now taking on the role of General Manager at our Chattanooga location. Matt has many IICRC certifications and brings many years of experience to the table. He is also an avid University of Alabama fan and has his office decorated with crimson and white.

SERVPRO of Chattanooga provided very quick and comprehensive service when a broken water line flooded the basement rooms of our house. The cleanup they did was thorough and restored the space to its pre-flood condition. They were courteous and professional throughout the drying-out process. I highly recommend them.
To begin with, the torrential downpour of rain we received on a Friday night was a devastation. To have lived in a house for 35 years and never have an experience such as that is to say the least.
From the first encounter with Tammy at SERVPRO to the appointment with Tony, our experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Nerves are frayed and not knowing who to trust was a big issue, however, Tammy made the first impression of being very kind and explained what would take place with the call from Tony F.
Tony reaches out to us and makes the appointment. He was on time and very pleasant. He explained to us what our situation was and the time frame of drying out the basement. The techs came out installed the equipment and came back to check the status the next day.
