I am so thankful I did! They came to look things over and I wanted them to re-clean the areas that were hit. During their process they removed the carpet that wasn't originally damaged. I was shocked!!! Their was still raw sewage under the pad. SERVPRO was very thorough, thoughtful and I felt completely at ease. They did a great job!

Owned by Lathe and Nicole Toft, our team is deeply rooted in the restoration and construction industries. After relocating from northwest Iowa, where they co-owned SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes, the Tofts purchased SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest in July 2019, SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County in December 2019, SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in September 2021, SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest in November 2023, and SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls and East Sioux Falls in December 2025. Lathe also brings extensive construction expertise as the former co-owner of Boji Builders Inc., established in 2002.
