They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful. From being in the family business for 20+ years, we decided to start our own journey with a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, right before the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic.
