I reached out to Brad C with SERVPRO of South Greenville County and the customer service was nothing less than perfect! Not only did Brad do everything he said he'd do during the time-frame he gave, the contractor, Brian M, he sent out to perform the work was excellent! Brian called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment and arrived on site earlier than expected. He completed the work and answered all my questions. A+ service all-around!
Our carpets were badly in need of a deep cleaning from foot traffic and an unfortunate wine spill. SERVPRO knocked it out of the park! They showed up on time, worked quickly, and restored our carpet far beyond what we thought was possible. I was amazed that they were able to get the wine stains out. In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms. Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess. They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful. Hopefully, this never happens again but [if] it does I will call them again.
