Not only did Brad do everything he said he'd do during the time-frame he gave, the contractor, Brian M, he sent out to perform the work was excellent! Brian called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment and arrived on site earlier than expected. He completed the work and answered all my questions. A+ service all-around!

In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms. Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess. They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful. Hopefully, this never happens again but [if] it does I will call them again.
