My experience with Servepro is related to water damage that resulted from a plumbing leak. The crew arrived the same day which was a weekend, and while they were dealing with hurricane recovery. The foreman, Mike Farkas is a true professional and thoroughly documented all areas that he found requiring mitigation. This process took hours and he left no detail in doubt. Mike returned when my homeowners adjuster arrived to inspect the damage a few days later. He was relentless in advocating for proper mitigation strategies and went to great length to convince the difficult adjuster of issues that were critical to returning my home to pre loss condition. If you think you will have a difficult adjuster, you need this level of expertise and commitment to get through a calamity of this scale. For sure call Servepro when you need mitigation for water damage, and although I'm sure they are staffed with many competent employees I would ask for Mike. He will get you sorted.

Nate, Bill, and Will were absolutely amazing to work with! We had a pipe fitting burst, spraying at full pressure for over 13 hours at a commercial site. Bathrooms, warehouse, server room, conference room --- thousands of square feet soaked. An absolute nightmare. Nate and his team arrived quickly, immediately started remediating, and assessing how best to dry the site in the best way possible. Nate's knowledge of code and compliance was truly impressive. The team was friendly, responsive to any and all questions, and I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind. I couldn't recommend SERVPRO of South Greenville more!
