I had a flood from the drain hose of my washer coming out of the wall. My washer is on the second floor. Water went through the ceiling and down to the first floor. We were leaving to go on vacation the next day. SERVPRO showed up in 2 hours and assessed the situation. They were able to use fans to dry everything out. They put a lockbox in our door so they could come and check the progress while we were out of town. After we came back from vacation, our repairs began. Jim and Sheila were great.
