ServePro responded quickly the night our pipes burst and water collected in our ceiling, causing it to collapse into our first story living room. John and Jess were first to respond with Cory (#4) and David coming on subsequent days to do the mitigation work. They arrived each day, checking for moisture, removing affected material and adding drying fans. I hired ServPro to clean my air ducts and vents after learning I had black mold in my heat pump. They did an excellent job. Their staff was friendly and thorough. They cleaned all the little crevices on the vents to make sure all the mold was gone. Also, I felt like they gave me a fair price; another company was going to charge me twice as much. I would definitely use this company again.
