SERVPRO of Washington County

Trai and his team provided top notch service. They were at my house within 24 hours of my call and took care of my issue expeditiously. Highly recommend them!

Great service, fast responding and helpful. Appreciate the dependability of RI restoration. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pipe burst at our vacation house. Water was spewing probably for weeks with a huge mess. I called ServPro after being recommended by a friend and they were at the house within an hour of the call. Trai was AMAZING! He was in constant communication with at least once daily updates. I was able to call and text him and he was VERY responsive. He worked with my insurance company and really went above and beyond with our house. He really cared about our house in making sure that he and his team (who included Elias, Evelyn, and Roberto) did a great job. He came back to the house probably more than was needed, just to make sure things were as buttoned up as possible. As one can imagine, it was (and is still) VERY stressful to deal with this unexpected house disaster but Trai and his team really made us feel calm and confident with their responsive and professional approach to the work. You never want to make the call for these types of services but if you do, Trai and his team at ServPro are who you need!

Professional from start to finish. Trai Collins from corporate, was thorough in explaining the process and understanding our needs. Freddy S., and Miguel M ., were hard workers, did not cut corners, and were incredibly neat! Best duct cleaning process possible.

We retained Servpro to clean our basement when construction was completed, and the entire process went like clockwork. Roberto and Clemente arrived on site right on time, explained the process completely, answered all of our questions, and did an amazing job. They are both total professionals, polite, respectful of our home, considerate and experts at their jobs. We would give them our highest possible recommendation.

We moved into a new home and our garage/barn was loaded with mouse droppings and some construction debris. Trai gave us a great price for the cleanup. The crew (Devon, Evelyn and Patrick) arrived on time and did a great job with the cleanup, going beyond what was expected. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

I used Servpro Westerly for dryer duct vent cleaning and couldn’t be happier! They were the most competitively priced and extremely efficient with scheduling - no vague time windows, just a clear 8:00 AM appointment, and they arrived right on time! Trai, Devin, and Patrick were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain a few things that helped me better understand my own home. It’s such a relief to work with a service company that values punctuality and great communication. Highly recommend Servpro Westerly! Outstanding experience from start to finish!

Very happy with my experience with ServPro. Trai was extremely helpful and got me in for a dryer vent cleaning right away. The team that came out was great as well. Would recommend them to anyone.
