Miranda and the team at SERVPRO are the only ones I would call if you are having a mold issue in your home or business. When we had mold in our home, we called the "Mold Specialists" and they wanted to use toxic chemicals to do the cleanup. We were not interested in that as my husband is OSHA Certified, we wanted non-toxic cleaning products to be used. SERVPRO did an amazing job. They were easy to work with, were willing to give my husband a list of the cleaning products so that he would feel comfortable with what they were using, and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them for any mold issues you have in your home!
ServPro of West Chester is an excellent and reliable team. They were responsive in every way to remedy a leak situation. From the initial dry out phase to the reconstruction phase led by Jason Reif and his team they did an extraordinary professional reconstruction and restoration in all phases from the drywall and painting work led by Jordan Paugh of Hole In-The-Wall. (Special praise to Jasmine for the drywall work) and the excellent carpeting restoration led by Pete Cavaliere and his team of Cavalier Carpeting. They left no stone unturned in making sure every phase was completed professionally. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing their services. They proved their slogan "Like It Never Happened" is a fact.

I am happy to say that we are finally back to normal. Several months ago, we had a water line rupture and flood out or building. ServPro of West Chester came highly recommended by our agent and we see why. They handled everything, Jason took great care of us and worked with our insurance company. It took longer than we would have liked, but Jason explained our options and we decided to wait for our insurance company to approve everything and they did. Everything is back to normal and it looks even better than before. Thank you to Jason and everyone at Service Pro, you did an amazing job.
