Shelly got the work order underway quickly even with the overflow (yes, pun intended) of calls with the recent heavy rains and flooding in S. Philly that specific Friday. SERVPRO of South Philadelphia is the BEST. I called them for water damage restoration due to a backed-up sewer line in my powder room in the basement. They came out and gave me a great estimate. Their team came out to do the work. They were always on time, took care of what needed to be done. They sent me before and after pictures of all the work they did. The team was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This summer we had multiple projects scheduled on campus. At the last moment our contractor dropped out and we were in a bind until the SERVPRO Super Hero's jumped in. The team was awarded one of the projects immediately and began space conversions to create more student housing and accessible bath facilities. SERVPRO asked to be included in our larger project in the Campus Center and was awarded the project in part by guaranteeing the work would be completed by the start of the semester. No matter the challenge or the conditions the SERVPRO team rose to the occasion and completed all the projects in time for our semester move in's. SERVPRO talented team provide not only high quality workmanship but also recommended design elements that were incorporated into the finished product. The project managers were always on point and available for questions or comments - there were no concerns to deal with; they had it all under control. Not only were the SERVPRO staff professional and easy to work with contractors they brought in were all professional and produced high quality craftmanship and most importantly cared about the work they were doing dug deep, worked long and did whatever was necessary for the project to be completed. SERVPRO is currently under contract for several other priority jobs on campus and will be a regular on the bid list for future projects.Pictures don't do justice to the work that was completed or the heart and soul put into the projects by the SERVPRO team.
