In the early 2000s I used ServPro in southern Lancaster county for some flooding and I wasn’t too impressed, so I was kind of skeptical about having them come again. Boy, was I impressed this time!! Ed and John came over to my house due to a dishwasher leak. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and great guys. They showed up same day and began mitigating the water. They explained everything very well and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I will always recommend Serv Pro to anyone that experiences a water loss inside their home.

John and Josia came to Harmony at Hershey at the request of one of our residents. They were so very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the resident had been very ill and they had quite a mess with which to contend. John kept us apprised of the progress throughout the day and explained to us what they had done. John followed up the next day and took care of loose ends accidentally created by our maintenance team. He is personable and quite knowledgeable.
