The Heroes of the SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford team. When life throws a curve-ball or worse, a wrecking ball, you can trust us to make it "Like it never even happened."

David Hughes was the founder of SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. He was a Partner in the franchise for over 20 years and ran the franchise with his son, Michael Hughes. While Dave was with us, he was able to grow the business to the successful franchise it is today. He was also a Storm Coordinator for our restoration projects completed along the east coast for severe storm damage. Michael now runs the company while David's other three children all play important roles in the daily operation of the business as well. David was IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Health and Safety.

Michael Hughes is the Owner and President of SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. Michael is the driving force behind our operations, and ensures each job is completed to our customers satisfaction.

Sandie Hughes is the Director of Administration and has been with the team for over 17 years, spending time in every department. In 2009, she worked in the Storm Team division, traveling all over the east coast as a Coordinator. She became Office Manager in 2012 and now serves as the first point of contact for office operations. Sandie is very proud of her strong Office team and is happy to be a resource for all departments within SERVPRO. She enjoys everyone she works with and looks forward to growth and many more years with everyone. Her team says she is the glue that keeps everyone together!

Joe Hughes has been with SERVPRO for over sixteen years and is our Construction Manager. He works hard to visit our customers quickly after the emergency service work has been completed to get their homes repaired as fast as possible. The work that Joe and the reconstruction department perform is incomparable, leaving customers elated at the finished service in their home.

Cliff Masscotte is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. Cliff started with the company in February of 2016 as a Marketing Representative bringing more than 14 years of retail experience with him. Cliff now manages all marketing aspects for the company including: social media, website content, promotions, community engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall marketing for the franchise.

Cliff has obtained his CERT(Community Emergency Response Team) certification in order to help in times of disaster. Cliff also has certifications for WRT, ASD, CDS, FSRT, and OCT. Cliff serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce and the Oxford Chamber of Commerce. He may be reached at cmasscotte@SERVPRO8220.com.

AJ Thomas is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. He started out with the company in a Production role. AJ now covers all areas of the Sales territory.

Nicole Bowen is the Marketing Support Coordinator for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. She started with the company in September of 2018 and has gained experience in many areas of marketing. Nicole assists with marketing efforts including website content, community events, administrative duties, and customer relations. She brings more than 8 years of retail experience to the SERVPRO team.

Anthony Mahaffey is a Production Manager for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. He retired from the United States Army with over fifteen years of Management and Training Readiness experience. He has also served as an Army ambassador and leader of community relations programs. Anthony has training in certifications including WRT/ASD and has a great reputation of exceeding customer expectations, building strong relationships, and leading teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. He enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Angela Torres is a Job File Coordinator who brings over 10 years of customer service experience to the company. She prides herself on being empathetic, patient and approachable. She brings a friendly attitude and bubbly personality to the team every day, which helps her create a positive atmosphere for everyone! Her strong work ethic comes from genuinely caring about people and being dedicated to giving her best effort in every task. She is excited to expand and grow with SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford and contribute to the company’s success.

Erica Moore-Winters is the Construction Coordinator for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. She brings a decade of customer service experience to the team, ensuring that the needs of our customers are always met. She is warm-hearted, reliable, and dedicated to her team. Erica looks forward to furthering her career here!

Ashley Olin is the Accounting Administrator with our team. She has been with us since June 2019, starting as both the Receptionist and JFC. Ashley has the perfect personality and demeanor to work with our clients; she is patient, understanding and compassionate. Every task she is given is completed with a smile. She is very detailed and works hard to always keep our databases clean and accurate. Ashley is a joy to have as part of our team!

Rocio Salas is a Crew Chief with us and has been with SERVPRO for over eight and a half years! She has provided hard work, endured the emergency services at all hours and physical demands of the industry for the longest of all of our crew chiefs, and does so with a smile on her face. She is generous, thoughtful and always keeps everyone smiling and laughing. Rocio is IICRC certified in WRT.

John Bell is a Crew Chief with us and has been a part of the team for about five and a half years. He provides detailed job files and is always willing to travel to help customers in any state. He is punctual and is a dependable first responder for after hours and weekend jobs. John is IICRC certified in WRT.
