Ok. Here is a shout out to employee , Katelyn Gout. Started rough as the office provided her with the wrong address to our church and sent her to Pittsburgh instead of Clarion county first but she took the time to still drive the entire way up here and meet me to try and help us out. This is above and beyond the call of duty and she should be commended for this act of professionalism. Such a pleasure to work with. Our little church suffered a catastrophic furnace malfunction which has caused a real mess and I personally appreciate as a service employee myself that there are some people out here willing to go above and beyond to service a customer. You folks better figure out a way to keep this girl employed with your company. There isn't many left

Servpro is an outstanding company to work with! They have helped us out through a sewage flood and water flood in our basement! They were thorough and very detailed explaining the process! Their kindness and expertise was invaluable!!

Katelyn, Michael and the entire crew were so kind, personable and timely during our water emergency. They remedied the situation and were easy to communicate with at all points of service. Hopefully we don’t have any water emergencies, but if we do I will definitely call this office and hope to work with this crew again. Thank you!

Kevin Martin is awesome! Very professional and courteous too. He even answers texts when there are homeowners questions like mind after 10pm

I highly recommend ServPro Team Dobson. I’ve used them twice now and they were fantastic both times. Bob Jonda was my project manager/estimator and he was professional and quoted me very fair prices each time. The workers were punctual and respectful of my property. They left my house looking better than how they found it, which was the whole point of hiring them. I can’t recommend them enough, and will be referring them to everyone I know!
