I have medical issues and Shawn T. noticed immediately and came to check up on me. Zoe and the rest of the crew came for the mitigation work. Zoe stood out and had many conversations with me and my husband. We needed removal of gym equipment. She came on her day off to get it removed from our basement and out of my way! I’m forever grateful for all the company has done while we worked with them!

About Our Owners
Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson James have partnered together to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
