Lynzie introduced me to SERVPRO in 2022, she stopped in and left some information about SERVPRO and the services they provide.Shortly thereafter Lynzie followed up with a phone call and set an appointment to come in and meet to further discuss the services that can be provided if needed.Lynzie set us up with an app on our phones that we have entered all the important contacts and other important information we would need in the event there was an emergency at the school.Lynzie was very knowledgeable of the services that are offered by SERVPRO and was also very professional and personable at all times whether we met in person or spoke on the phone.I would highly recommend SERVPRO to other businesses.

We called SERVPRO after hurricane Helene flooded our half of a duplex on Anna Maria Island. They came out and gave us a price and were great to deal with. Before they were even started, we were hit with another hurricane so we were a little delayed, but certainly not their fault. We had one hiccup but they had great communication and quickly remedied the problem. Thank you SERVPRO team!!

SERVPRO did a great job taking care of a condo in FL that had two feet of storm surge from hurricane Helene. I was not there so they sent me before and after photos and keep me apprised of progress along the way. The estimate was accurate and they were very nice to work with. I hope I never need them again but would definitely recommend them.

I had water damage come through my home the sales man and stabilization team was here within a day. And restoration began within the same week. Very fast, helpful and resourceful. I have medical issues and Shawn T. noticed immediately and came to check up on me. Zoe and the rest of the crew came for the mitigation work. Zoe stood out and had many conversations with me and my husband. We needed removal of gym equipment. She came on her day off to get it removed from our basement and out of my way! I’m forever grateful for all the company has done while we worked with them!

The service technician was very professional. We had requested that he evaluate for possible mold and recommend what service might be needed. He explained that no service for mold removal was needed as no mold was present. He suggested measures we could take to correct appearance.Thanks for the honest service!!
