SERVPRO scoped the work, consulted expertise, quoted a fair price, brought the right equipment, used the right cleaning supplies, sent A-teams, got the jobs done, and redid a couple of things after inspection. On both occasions, I was happy to sign off and pay. It's like our two disasters never occurred.
The SERVPRO team were prompt, professional, and provided great communication throughout the duration of the project. Well done.
