Unfortunately, we had a toilet overflow on our second floor into our kitchen. Fortunately, my homeowner's insurance uses SERVPRO as their recommended mitigation and restoration company.From the get go, this was a crappy situation. Luckily, all of the individuals I worked with at SERVPRO had the utmost integrity, completely professional, and knowledgeable.Nick Freyz and his mitigation team (Damon, Julio, and Joe) were awesome, kind, and were constantly checking with us to make sure things were ok. Nick came out initially to assess and also made sure to be there when the insurance inspector came out to assess.Once mitigation was done, I wanted to stay with SERVPRO for the rebuild. I am very grateful that Kellie and John Kuch have so much experience because they were able to provide excellent guidance on how to navigate insurance, picking out my replacement flooring and vanity, and overall, turned a really crappy situation into a much better situation. I feel like I made new friends too!The Rebuild Team, Julian, Jayvin, and Shawn were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and they had everything completed in 3 days!! Everything looked better than I envisioned.SERVPRO is excellent and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone.
