Meet Our Team

Michael and Kristin Hughes are the Owners of SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. They are proud to be the driving force for our cleaning and restoration team in the Lancaster area.

Sandie Hughes is the Director of Administration and has been with the team for over 15 years, spending time in every department. In 2009, she worked in the Storm Team division, traveling all over the east coast as a Coordinator. She became the Office Manager in 2012 and now serves as the first point of contact regarding office operations. Sandie is very proud of her strong Office team and is happy to be a resource for all departments within SERVPRO. She enjoys everyone she works with and looks forward to growth and many more years with everyone. Her team says she is the glue that keeps everyone together!

John is the Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. He has been with SERVPRO since 2021. John originally worked in the restoration side of SERVPRO for two years before managing the reconstruction department. He enjoys being outdoors to hunt and camp, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his family.

Cliff Masscotte is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. Cliff started with the company in February of 2016 as a Marketing Representative, bringing more than 14 years of retail experience with him. Cliff now manages all marketing aspects for the company including: social media, website content, promotions, community engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall marketing for the franchises.

Cliff has his CERT(Community Emergency Response Team)certification in order to help in times of disaster. Cliff also has certifications for WRT, ASD, CDS, FSRT, and OCT. He may be reached at cmasscotte@SERVPRO8220.com.

Lou Kopeika is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. He also assists with SERVPRO of Southern Lancaster County. He is proud to be part of the SERVPRO team, helping to restore homes and businesses after fire, water and storm damage. He brings prior experience in the restoration field, allowing him to provide quality work and excellent customer service. Lou takes pride in making a difference for people during some of their most stressful times. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with family and traveling to new places. He’s a huge fan of all Philly sports, played ice hockey in college, and loves getting out on the golf course, even if he’s still working on his swing. He is also a big beach guy who loves dogs, good food and discovering new restaurants wherever he goes.

Anthony Mahaffey is a Production Manager for SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. He retired from the United States Army with over fifteen years of Management and Training Readiness experience. He has also served as an Army ambassador and leader of community relations programs. Anthony has training in certifications including WRT/ASD and has a great reputation of exceeding customer expectations, building strong relationships, and leading teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. He enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Desiree is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. She started as a Fire Technician with us and now holds years of experience in fires, content cleaning, mold remediation, bio-hazard clean-ups, and pack-outs. She has obtained certifications and training in smoke and odor control. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her motorcycle, and watching movies.

Kellie is the Construction Coordinator for SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. Coming from a healthcare background, she began with SERVPRO in 2023 and has gained a vast knowledge of the reconstruction field. Kellie enjoys spending time with her family in addition to being outdoors to enjoy hunting, camping and riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers.

Tom is a Senior Fire Cleaner at SERVPRO of Central Lancaster. He has been with our team for over ten years and is our longest standing team member! He has numerous years of experience in cleaning and construction work, even working as a mason for 20 years. With his well-rounded skills and abilities, he is able to take on just about anything. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing baseball. Here's a little fun fact about Tom, he made a replica model of the Dodgers Stadium which is currently displayed in the Baseball Hall of Fame in New York.
