They came out quickly and provided a free estimate. I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying issues with water problems and what the best course of action is.
Jon came to take a look at our home for an initial estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and he took the time to provide recommendations for improving our air quality and gave very detailed answers to our questions.

ERIC AND JEREMY WERE THE NEXT SECOND TEAM TO COME TO OUR HOUSE. ERIC CUT THE WATER SOAKED TOE KICKS FROM OUR KITCHEN CABINETS, WHILE JEREMY CHECKED ON THE FANS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS. ERIC KEPT US INFORMED AS TO HOW THIS PROCESS SHOULD WORK OUT. MONDAY ERIC AND JEREMY RETURNED AND AFTER CHECKING THE MOISTURE READINGS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS ALL THE FANS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS WERE REMOVED. ERIC AND JEREMY ARE EXCELLENT WORKERS AND THEY WERE NICE TO TALK WITH.
I'll be brief. I mainly dealt with the project coordinator Kevin. Ami the who worked a little bit higher on the food chain as the project coordinator and Darrin our contractor. All three of these people were top notch people. They understood that an in home water damage mishap causes quite a disturbance in life and bent over backwards to make our transition back to normal as smooth as possible. The work was top notch. The personal contact with the employees was professional and prompt. You can really tell there was a commitment to excellance at every level of the business.
