Our SERVPRO family had a blast bonding at Lucky Strokes in Bath, PA. Good food, lots of laughs, and friendly competition made it a successful evening.

Bill is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall. Bill joined the team in 2015 and has since earned his ECTP Certifications, as well as certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He is very involved in his church and community outreach. Every year, Bill participates in a bike tour with Restoring Hope Ministries to raise money and awareness for those in the Congo. He also enjoys spending time with his family and sports.

Kyle is a Water Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Bethlehem. Kyle has been with the company since 2014 and has earned his certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). When Kyle is not responding to emergency water extractions, he is responding to emergencies with the Plainfield Township Volunteer Fire Company. He has been a volunteer firefighter since the age of 15 and a volunteer EMT since 2013. Not only is Kyle involved in community volunteering, he is also a regular at the Plainfield Farmers Fair. He has been attending and volunteering at the fair for over 20 years with his family.

Jeremy is a Water Crew Chief who has worked for SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall since 2010. As the nephew of Dawn and Steve, the owners of the franchise, it only seemed natural for him to join the SERVPRO family. He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Not only does Jeremy work hard throughout the week, he was also in the National Guard and attended regular weekend drills. When he is not serving our country or helping on water and fire losses, Jeremy enjoys watching and playing sports. He also spends much of his time with his family.

Brian joined the SERVPRO team as a Production Technician in 2018. He has since grown within the company and provides great customer service to our home and business owners.

Vicki joined the SERVPRO team in 2018 as a Production Technician. She has since obtained her WRT and ECTP Certifications and advanced to a Crew Chief in Training. When Vicki is not working hard on a fire or water damage she is spending time with her two young children.

Mark is a Fire Technician with SERVPRO of Bethlehem. He joined the team in 2018. Prior to coming to SERVPRO, Mark had 15+ years of experience in the cleanup and restoration industry.

Jon is a Water Technician who has been with SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall for as long as he can remember. He recalls a time when he was in a carseat in one of the vans. As the son of Dawn and Steve, the owners of the franchise, it only seemed natural for him to join the SERVPRO family. He is working on earning his certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He is currently attending Temple University to obtain a degree in Entrepreneurship and he is interested in Property Management. Jon is a member of Alpha Tau Omega (ATO), the #1 leadership fraternity in the nation. In his spare time, Jon enjoys playing sports and staying fit.

Tanya is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall, as well as the sister of Dawn Davis. Tanya has worked alongside her sister in the cleanup and restoration industry for over 20 years. She has officially been employed by SERVPRO since 2009. She has completed her ECTP certifications, as well as: ASD and Fire & Odor. Tanya has her Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. When she’s not working or studying, she is spending her time at church where she is very involved. Tanya also loves spending time with her grandsons whenever she can.

Janelle is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Bethlehem. She has worked alongside Dawn and Steve since 2007. She has her ECTP and IICRC certifications and is a great resource for the office and production teams. Janelle loves going to various sporting events with her husband throughout the year. She also spends time at the park with her two young sons who keep her on her toes.

Greg is a Sales Manager and Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Bethlehem. He joined the team in December 2014 and has since become more involved with first responding and job estimates. Greg has earned his ECTP certification, completed his commercial training and is currently the Program Chair for the local chapter of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). When Greg is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and dogs.

Abbey is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Bethlehem. She joined the team in June of 2015. After graduating from Easton Area High School, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Supply Chain from Shippensburg University in 2013. Before coming to SERVPRO, she was the Marketing Director of Dining Services at Shippensburg University. She has her ECTP certifications and has gotten to help the production crew on a few jobs since she started. Abbey has been on 8+ mission trips in the past and loves being able to help people. She hopes to get the opportunity to travel with the Storm Team to gain more experience with SERVPRO. She was involved in community outreach, networking, and campus activities with her professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, and continues to serve the community with help from the SERVPRO team.

Erin is a Sales and Marketing Representative for our Northampton County clients. She joined the SERVPRO of Bethlehem team in December of 2018. She has completed her ECTP certifications and has gotten to help the production crew on a few jobs since she started. When she is not networking and marketing the brand, she works as a dance teacher with the Performing Arts Center of the Lehigh Valley.

Tonya joined the Sales and Marketing Team in January of 2019. After several years in the Insurance Industry, she decided to make a career change and give the Cleanup and Restoration Industry a shot. Tonya enjoys spending time with her daughter and playing softball in her spare time.

Kaylah came to the SERVPRO team in December of 2018. Along with her experience in the nursing field, Kaylah has grown within the restoration industry as a Production Technician. She is currently working on obtaining her certifications through SERVPRO Industries to one day become a Crew Chief for water damages.

Matthew is the Receptionist/Dispatcher at SERVPRO. He joined the team in December of 2018 after spending four years with the Frederick Keys. He graduated from Easton Area High School prior to receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in business from East Stroudsburg University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and coaching baseball and softball, as well as umpiring, assisting with Lafayette College athletic events, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.

Nate joined the SERVPRO team as a Production Technician in December of 2018. He is currently soaking up as much information as he can and learning all about the emergency cleanup and restoration industry as possible.

Josh joined the SERVPRO team in 2018. He began as a temporary Production Technician and has quickly grown into a Crew Chief in Training with his WRT and ECTP Certifications. Eager to learn, Josh is always willing to hop on the truck and help out his fellow crew members on any jobsite, big or small. When he is not with the SERVPRO crew, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
