MONDAY ERIC AND JEREMY RETURNED AND AFTER CHECKING THE MOISTURE READINGS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS ALL THE FANS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS WERE REMOVED. ERIC AND JEREMY ARE EXCELLENT WORKERS AND THEY WERE NICE TO TALK WITH.
I'll be brief. I mainly dealt with the project coordinator Kevin. Ami the who worked a little bit higher on the food chain as the project coordinator and Darrin our contractor. All three of these people were top notch people. They understood that an in home water damage mishap causes quite a disturbance in life and bent over backwards to make our transition back to normal as smooth as possible. The work was top notch. The personal contact with the employees was professional and prompt. You can really tell there was a commitment to excellance at every level of the business. I would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks again ServPRo.
Steve and Conor were knowledgeable and professional. Worked efficiently and explained the process completely.
Justin and his crew, Justin Jr., Wayne, Luis and Ray, were thorough and efficient. They helped us get through the mitigation process while accommodating our little ones. William and Jeremy, who did much of the demo work, also did a fine job and were great at communicating.
