They broke my sink
The team at Servpro Roseburg have been exceptional with their timeliness, expertise, scheduling, and care in rebuilding our Family Room floor after a sudden waterline break. Trent (Ops Mgr) was out to inspect the same day we called, and provided an estimate to mitigate and rebuild within 48 hrs. The front office (Aubrey) and crew (Trent, Ken, Noah, Sebastian, Dejuan, Josh) worked seamlessly together to execute the work professionally and also coordinated with our insurance carrier for a smooth claims process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I am a coach for Douglas High School football team, and before the season started, Andrew approached our school with a sweet deal for Servpro to clean all of our football jerseys each week after games. Andrew has been great with picking up our jerseys each Saturday, and having them returned to us on Monday, incredibly clean. Even after a few games where we basically played in mud the whole time, the jerseys came back looking like new every time. The other sports programs at the school will be utilizing this service as well as it has been incredibly convenient, and a huge time-saver for us coaches. We appreciated the service so much that DHS is going to continue using them for another year.
So far really great work. We've been at this since late July. I had a water leak and things move slowly with insurance. Servpro went to bat for me. All my guys were polite, respectful, on time. Great with my dog and cleaned up after the demo. Now it's time to get this place back together. I have no complaints, only good things to say about the team!
