Sammy and his team were truly professional in all aspects of the job, including initial assessment, responsiveness, flexibility, and attention to detail. They really went above and beyond to restore our home. They were so fast and thorough. They were also so easy to contact and very communicative about the process. They also were very flexible in working around the work of other contractors, which was so helpful for our young family. We couldn't have had the same peace of mind in moving our family back into our home without them. 10/10! I would highly recommend them!

Saying this company is great is somehow an understatement. From start to finish, they handled every detail with care and the end result is more than I could have imagined. Fair, honest, respectful and professional all around. When the heavy storm hit ottawa on Canada Day, my basement flooded and I had no idea what to do. Sami took the call, walked me through the process and his team along with his father did the entire demo, as well as the entire re build in such a short time. I cannot recommend this company enough. I have been a home owner for 20 years and have come across a lot of companies during that time. Servpro is definitely the best of the best! For this particular issue, I had been deeply frustrated by two other restoration companies. From pretty much the moment I made initial contact with Servrpro and Sammy I knew that I was in good hands - thorough assessment, timely service, excellent communication and follow through, and most poignantly, kind & caring service. Sammy the owner came promptly to create an initial plan for my insurance company to start my emergency mitigation for my basement which was flooded on July 1st. The mitigation team of Ali, Joshua, Camilo and Manala did a fantastic and timely job of removing items in the basement, throwing damaged items in the dumpster, cutting the drywall, disinfecting the basement, drying it out and monitoring the moisture level. During the Canada Day record rainstorm, our basement suffered devastating flood damage—we were literally dealing with over 6 feet of water. In the middle of pure chaos, we urgently needed help.
