I cannot recommend SERVPRO Vanier enough, especially after the stress of a basement flood this past summer. Our insurance provider initially sent out a different remediation company, and it was a total nightmare—they did a horrible job, left our basement a complete mess, and overcharged the insurance company. Thankfully, Sammy and his crew at SERVPRO stepped in to save the day. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, thoroughly documented the entire site, and worked tirelessly to finish and fix everything the first company failed to do. Sammy even went above and beyond by reaching out to our insurance company directly to answer technical questions and clear up specifics regarding our claim. It is unfortunate that some companies take advantage of people during a disaster or emergency, but SERVPRO Vanier is the complete opposite. Their pricing was fair and honest, with zero price-gouging. If you ever find yourself facing a household emergency or disaster, do not hesitate to call Sammy and the team at SERVPRO Vanier. They are true professionals who actually care about their clients!

Saying this company is great is somehow an understatement. From start to finish, they handled every detail with care and the end result is more than I could have imagined. I have been a home owner for 20 years and have come across a lot of companies during that time. Servpro is definitely the best of the best! For this particular issue, I had been deeply frustrated by two other restoration companies. From pretty much the moment I made initial contact with Servrpro and Sammy I knew that I was in good hands - thorough assessment, timely service, excellent communication and follow through, and most poignantly, kind & caring service. This is no small deal when you have damage to your house and are feeling stressed. I recommend this company 100% and with no hesitation whatsoever.
