Careers at SERVPRO of Ottawa, Vanier

I cannot recommend SERVPRO Vanier enough, especially after the stress of a basement flood this past summer. Our insurance provider initially sent out a different remediation company, and it was a total nightmare—they did a horrible job, left our basement a complete mess, and overcharged the insurance company. Thankfully, Sammy and his crew at SERVPRO stepped in to save the day. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, thoroughly documented the entire site, and worked tirelessly to finish and fix everything the first company failed to do. Sammy even went above and beyond by reaching out to our insurance company directly to answer technical questions and clear up specifics regarding our claim. It is unfortunate that some companies take advantage of people during a disaster or emergency, but SERVPRO Vanier is the complete opposite. Their pricing was fair and honest, with zero price-gouging. If you ever find yourself facing a household emergency or disaster, do not hesitate to call Sammy and the team at SERVPRO Vanier. They are true professionals who actually care about their clients!

Sammy and his crew were amazing. Their attention to our problems was prompt and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for assisting us during this difficult time.

SERVPRO of Ottawa Vanier were absolutely fantastic! We hired them fix a previous company's error. Sammy and his team were truly professional in all aspects of the job, including initial assessment, responsiveness, flexibility, and attention to detail. They really went above and beyond to restore our home. They were so fast and thorough. They were also so easy to contact and very communicative about the process. They also were very flexible in working around the work of other contractors, which was so helpful for our young family. We couldn't have had the same peace of mind in moving our family back into our home without them. 10/10! I would highly recommend them!

I am extremely fortunate to have had the pleasure for Sammy and his team resolving our home issues stemming from the July 1st rainfall! They were honest, professional and communicated/guided us on every step of the process clearly. It has been 100% a refreshing experience to find contractors such as Sammy and his team, genuinely care for their clients. Needless to say, they now have me as a "forever" client! Would wholeheartedly 100% recommend to everyone and anyone!

It has been an absolute pleasure and relief to be working with Sammy and his team at SERVPRO Ottawa. Navigating the traumatic situation of losing access to my home because of significant water damage from the July 1st extreme weather event has been incredibly difficult and only made manageable by the quick, professional and compassionate response from Sammy and his crew at various steps along the way. He came highly recommended by a neighbour and my hope is to continue passing along a glowing reference to anyone who requires any service this company provides. Ensuring physical, mental, and financial wellbeing through excellent relationship building is what Sammy offers and delivers. Thank you Sammy, Joseph, Robbie, Ali and the rest of the team who all have given exceptional customer service under very stressful circumstances! It is immeasurably appreciated.

Saying this company is great is somehow an understatement. From start to finish, they handled every detail with care and the end result is more than I could have imagined. Fair, honest, respectful and professional all around. When the heavy storm hit ottawa on Canada Day, my basement flooded and I had no idea what to do. Sami took the call, walked me through the process and his team along with his father did the entire demo, as well as the entire re build in such a short time. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re looking to put your trust in a business, this is the one ☝️

Totally came through for us on the July 1 flood. Answered our calls, helped us out, took care of everything, assigned a team. You guys are the best. Just good, transparent, hard working people. Thanks Sammy & team! Highly recommended.

I have been a home owner for 20 years and have come across a lot of companies during that time. Servpro is definitely the best of the best! For this particular issue, I had been deeply frustrated by two other restoration companies. From pretty much the moment I made initial contact with Servrpro and Sammy I knew that I was in good hands - thorough assessment, timely service, excellent communication and follow through, and most poignantly, kind & caring service. This is no small deal when you have damage to your house and are feeling stressed. I recommend this company 100% and with no hesitation whatsoever.
