I think the first 2 that came out were Clark and Gerald they removed all the damage and set me up for drying out. Steve came the next couple of times to make sure everything was dry. He was THE BEST! Would recommend and use them again. But hopefully I won’t need to.
Massive water leak on second floor caused severe damage to first floor ceiling, walls and flooring. In the midst of many calls due to big northeast Oklahoma freeze, a crew came out quickly to mark the water damaged areas. Although necessary drying equipment wasn’t immediately available, a 3-man crew led by Julio Chavez came out as soon as possible and worked on mitigation and removal of water-damaged flooring and drywall for 3 days. They placed and positioned necessary drying equipment carefully so as not to damage any household furniture or accessories. They carefully moved items aside and covered them with plastic to protect from dust and dirt from tear-out operation. Very pleased with professionalism and thoroughness with which Julio and crew did the job. After initial work Steve Ball made 2 trips out to check on drying status and take care of equipment removal. The work done by SERVPRO was a bright spot in the middle of a really trying time.
Prompt service after contacting them. Very responsive and courteous. Had 2 different issues with leaks. Diagnosis was quick and mitigation promptly scheduled.
Bailey and one other gentleman came out today to do remediation due to a leak in our Master Shower that damaged our carpet in the Master Bedroom. They did an excellent job! Both were very friendly & considerate. Cleaned up after themselves & answered all my questions. Very happy with their work. I will be using SERVPRO to complete the rebuild once everything is dried out as well!!
The Mitigation Team, Ronnie had his crew on site the next day!!! Got everything removed where the water damage was. Got rid of the smell and had everything dried out in a few days. Just waiting on the construction to begin.
So happy we decided to use them, we have a water heater burst and almost ruined my entire garage. These guys were so fast to help us and got everything back to near perfect. Will use them with any disaster!

SERVPRO responded immediately after being called. Upon arrival they began the drying process. They explained the process as they worked and asked if there were questions. All questions were answered in a friendly informative manner. Cameron also took pictures of the process for SERVPRO and the insurance company. Having been unaware of all the services offered it was a great relief to me personally. What was a serious issue was no longer a problem. I will recommend SERVPRO to everyone as the company to call if you need help in these circumstances.
To Whom It May Concern:
SERVPRO was called to Keystone School for a flooding incident that involved a large area of our Elementary School. They responded immediately and within hours had several large trucks with equipment on location to help remedy the situation. The flood reached our main office area as well as our lobby and several classrooms.
The flood happened on a Saturday and by Monday morning, everybody that wasn't aware of the flood, had no idea that it ever happened. They used several dehumidifiers and a lot of fans to try out the carpet and walls. They were there early Monday morning to help set everything back in its place. This allowed us to have no interferences with our school day. They returned after school to set everything back out until every part was moisture free.
They did an outstanding job for us, and I can confidently recommend SERVPRO as a professional and reliable company.
