I want to thank Jerry and Talon for 'over and above' service. We experienced a water leak from an improperly installed water heater on the 2nd floor of our home. They are professional and knowledgeable. They were here almost immediately to control and minimize the damage, and then daily, checking on us and the equipment, answering our questions, addressing our concerns. Recently we had extensive water damage to our kitchen. Lower cabinets, granite counters walls and floors. were damaged. Our insurance agent recommended Servpro. We called Servpro of Rogers County. They were here in less than 3 hours and did part of the demo and set up drying equipment and sealed off the damaged area with plastic for dust control.
