Servepro has both employees that work directly for them and they also contract with other companies. As with all people and companies , some are more skilled than others. There were communication issues at times and mistakes were made. All mistakes were corrected eventually, but it stretched out the time it took for the job. Also there were weeks that went by when no one showed up to work. The job took 4 and a half months to complete. But today it was finished. It is beautiful.
