Servepro has both employees that work directly for them and they also contract with other companies. As with all people and companies , some are more skilled than others. There were communication issues at times and mistakes were made. All mistakes were corrected eventually, but it stretched out the time it took for the job. Also there were weeks that went by when no one showed up to work. The job took 4 and a half months to complete. But today it was finished. It is beautiful.

I had a deep floor clean to prep for upcoming work to be done and although the job was not completed on the first try, Servpro worked on the job until it was done to my satisfaction. As a business owner, I was pleased with the effort and professionalism I was shown. Dustin was fantastic to work with. Would absolutely use them again.

T.J. and Amanda Dickinson purchased the franchise in June 2022.  The Dickinson’s have deep roots in the community. They, along with our leadership team, are committed to the future of Bartlesville, Miami, and the areas in between. Our mission has always been “when life happens, SERPVRO of Bartlesville/Miami is here to help”.  We actively support local organizations such as the Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce, Bartlesville Public Schools Athletics, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Nowata Chamber of Commerce, Miami Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Area Hotel Association, and many more.  SERPVRO of Bartlesville/Miami demonstrates our dedication to community involvement.
