We had a pipe separate in our basement and it caused water damage that had to be mitigated. It happened not too long after a lot of flooding events in the Columbus/Central Ohio area. ServePro through our PM, Justin and Rachel got us set up as soon as they could and I was the lucky recipient of a time slot that someone else cancelled.
