The Servpro cleaning team of Michele and Chloe, came to my home after having reconstruction completed by Servpro!!! I would like to say this team is Super Amazing and their Customer Service skills were impeccable!!! They completely made my home wonderful again, their attention to detail and cleaning ethic were fantastic, they were in and behind my cabinets and the way the clean the floor, with a rag and being on there hands and knees. Wiping every surface not just horizontal ones!! I haven’t seen anyone ever clean like this but my grandmother!! I couldn’t be happier with the basement waterproofing service! From start to finish, Malik Moore and crew was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the problem, walked me through the solution, and answered all my questions without rushing.
We had a leak in our refrigerator when we were on vacation. The water ruined our floors on the main floor, the basement walls, ceilings floors and furniture. The only positive from the event is that ServPro addresses all of our issues from clean up drying out the damaged areas to trash removal and daily communication with updates (we were still out of town Emily was our lifesaver and constant voice explaining every step that was taken, photos of work done and explained whmmjwhen they would be at the house again Truly a spectacular team led by Ms Emily
Angelica and her team did a superb job deep cleaning my home after a fireplace soot situation. They were punctual, professional, and very respectful of my home. The clean was absolutely phenomenal and they were able to return my home to the condition it was in prior to the situation. She and her team were very friendly and I absolutely trusted them in my home for the three weeks it took to clean. I would highly recommend her and her team for any deep cleaning of a home that needs to be done.
Outstanding service from the first phone call through the whole process! They cleaned and disinfected our garage which had been mice infested. The ladies knew exactly what they were doing and did not miss a detail. Great company and people!
