We use advanced inspection and extraction equipment to find any water and remove it quickly. Our crews are always ready to be dispatched to help with any fire damage, including boarding up any blown our windows or burnt door frames. Our construction team is prepared to follow up and put your house back together so that it truly looks "Like it never even happened."
In addition to fire and water damage, we assist with year round sanitizing and disinfecting services. Whether you have commercial buildings that needs offices cleaned, or if you desire your Canfield, Austintown, East Palestine and surrounding areas home to be sanitized and disinfected thoroughly, we do both.
At the height of COVID-19 in 2020, our team here at SERVPRO made it our mission to protect our Youngstown and Columbiana area community with the best of our ability. We quickly stabilized and received necessary training to assist businesses and families immediately to ensure their health and safety. Today, we are still doing the same and assisting when needed. Andrew, an IICRC-certified Master Restorer and instructor, ensures our team is equipped to handle any challenge, from water and fire damage to air duct cleaning and mold remediation.

About Our Owners
Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson James have partnered together to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
