The moment every homeowner dreads happened to us during the recent storms—our basement flooded. A friend recommended SERVPRO of Licking County to help us begin the cleanup process, and I’m so thankful they did. Seth arrived at our home within just a couple of hours to assess the damage and determine what needed to be done. I was honestly shocked by how quickly he was able to get to us, especially considering the number of homes affected by the storms and the waiting list they were dealing with. Seth was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire cleanup and restoration process, as well as working with insurance companies, and helped make an incredibly stressful situation feel much more manageable. Even more impressive, within about 10 minutes of Seth leaving, they had a crew available and on their way. John and his crew were incredible! They were patient with us as we sorted through our belongings and decided what could be saved, cleaned, or needed to be thrown away. They worked incredibly hard and even brought some much-needed humor and laughter during a very stressful time. Our basement already looks 100% better, and seeing the industrial fans, air movers, and dehumidifiers they use throughout the drying process has actually been really interesting.
