Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.

Clean Residues From Surfaces

After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.

Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration

We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Husband-and-wife duo, Julie and Tony Roberts, and their business partner Mike Parsons, started SERVPRO® of Downtown Cincinnati / Team Roberts & Parsons in early 2023, but their franchise ownership journey began nearly two decades ago when they started SERVPRO of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties in Kentucky. The trio were friends long before they were franchisees.

Tony and Mike grew up with each other and attended college together at University of Kentucky. The three of them grew such a passion for the SERVPRO industry that they decided to share it with each other. They now operate nearly a dozen franchises across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Julie and Tony Roberts, and Mike Parsons, were once named the 2017 Kentucky SERVPRO Franchise of the Year! With over 25 SERVPRO’s throughout Kentucky, this was an extreme honor.
