Meet Our Team

Julie Roberts, Co-Owner of SERVPRO^®; of Downtown Cincinnati began her SERVPRO career with her husband, Tony, in 2005. Originally from Nicholasville, Kentucky, Julie has both her Bachelor of Marketing and Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Now residing in Richmond, Kentucky, Julie likes to spend her weekends with her husband and two sons out on the lake. Julie had no clue SERVPRO even existed when her husband brought the opportunity to her, and now she said she can’t imagine doing anything else. While she jokes that in this business “everyday is a surprise” she loves being able to help people in their time of need, and work with her employees to create a place of employment that is not only fun, but also helps contribute to the community in which they are placed.

Anthony Roberts, Co- Owner of SERVPRO of SERVPRO of Downtown Cincinnati got his start with SERVPRO while in college as a Service Marketing Representative. He immediately felt a passion for the industry and talked his Bride-To-Be into moving to London to start their own franchise in 2005. Together with his wife, he enjoys nurturing a culture for compassion towards their customers in their time of need. In his free time, he likes to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats and spend time at the lake with his wife and two sons. Tony holds several important certifications including IICRC Applied Structural Drying and IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist.

Mike Parsons, Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Downtown Cincinnati got his start with SERVPRO 13 years ago. Mike really enjoys the ability to help people in their time of need through our restoration services. His passion for building relationships and helping his team succeed motivates him every day. Mike holds several important certifications including IICRC – WTR, ASD, and CDS, OSHA HAZWOPER 40, mold remediation, subrogation I and II and numerous SERVPRO corporate certifications. He is also a Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers Contractor and a Kentucky Department of Agriculture Applicator. In his free time, Mike enjoys family time with his wife and two children, backroads traveling, and of course, UK football and basketball!

Brian is the General Manager of our Cincinnati SERVPRO^®; franchises covering Downtown Cincinnati, Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, Cincinnati East, and Clermont County. Over 30 years of experience in contract management and operations experience in Facility Maintenance, Custodial, and Grounds/Landscaping services in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Business environments. He has comprehensive experience in developing programs that foster a culture for delivering quality service, safety awareness, and operational efficiencies: recognizing the value of several mentors in Brian’s career development. Brian has a passion and desire to share that same experience in the development of his team in coaching and teaching individuals into leadership roles.

Josh has over 20 years of industry experience, starting with SERVPRO^®; on the truck and working his way up to Production Manager.

He has been a part of large losses and traveled for many storm events. Josh’s favorite part about his job is helping people during their difficult times. In his spare time, Josh likes to spend time with his wife and two children.

Brett oversees post-mitigation and reconstruction processes for SERVPRO Team Roberts.

Paige Tussey is the Office Manager of all locations within SERVPRO Team Roberts in KY, OH, and IN. Paige began her career here six years ago. She is originally from Prestonsburg, KY but now resides in Berea with her daughter. Paige has a Bachelor's in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. Paige says, "My favorite part about my job is getting to know the team, learning all the amazing things SERVPRO^®; does for customers, and hearing wonderful results afterward." Paige is widely known for her employee development, team building, and maintaining a positive culture. She is a part of several SERVPRO committees and is a SERVPRO Headquarters MVP nominee. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, spending time with her daughter, and watching the CATS play!

Heidi Drury is the Controller for all locations within SERVPRO^®; Team Roberts across KY, OH, and IN, with nearly 30 years of accounting experience. Her first job at the age of 8 was entering accounts payable and receivables on ledger cards at a wholesale saltwater fish company when she would visit her sister for the weekend. That led to her love of accounting and numbers. Before joining SERVPRO, she spent twelve years as a controller for a local subcontractor in Gallatin, TN. What started as a part-time, temporary job became a full-time job. She's excited to take those skills and knowledge to help both our team and customers' lives go smoother.

Kelsey Goode is the Regional Business Development Manager for all territories within SERVPRO Team Roberts, across KY, OH, and IN. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, she started as our Marketing Coordinator and worked her way up in the Sales division during her past eight years here. Her favorite part of her job is "working within her community to help make people's lives a little easier when disaster strikes." She has the following IICRC certifications: Water Technician Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup (TCST) certified. In 2021, she won the MVP award at SERVPRO headquarters. Kelsey was born and raised in Richmond, KY. She enjoys reading and going on walks with her husband and their dogs! You can find her volunteering with Bluegrass Bully Rescue in her free time, and saving all the dogs.

Tim McWaters is SERVPRO of Downtown Cincinnati's Commercial Business Development Representative. Tim comes from a business of sales background and started his career in medical device sales, working with surgeons on medical equipment. He values hard work, determination, and how you work when no one is watching. His favorite quote is "Don't put off tomorrow, what you can do today!" When he's not working hard at our offices; he loves talk radio and Bill O'Reilly. He enjoys gardening and boating and playing with his dog Bo!

Katie started with SERVPRO^®; in 2021 with our team in Cincinnati, Ohio and now is a member of each of our teams in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. She works directly with the business development team, ensuring they have all necessary assets to successfully land and build client relationships, creates content for and manages our social media pages and digital platforms, coordinates Continuing Education classes and other events, and more. Out of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart and their twin tabby cats and 2 shiba inu.

As part of the SERVPRO^®; STORM Response and Large Loss Recovery team, we help areas recover during widespread storm events, like the recent Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Dalton has a background in Safety and Crew Management, so it was an easy choice to have him lead this team. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University’s Bachelor of Occupational Safety Program, he also received a Minor in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology. Dalton enjoys playing golf with friends in his free time!

Tracey is one of the Job File/Project Coordinators at SERVPRO Team Roberts, who works primarily at our office in Richmond, KY but occasionally helps our Cincinnati team manage and track mitigation projects. She has worked with our company for over 12 years!

Josh is an Estimator for all of our locations throughout Cincinnati and in Kentucky and Indiana. His favorite part of the role is seeing job progress from start to finish and assisting the team to ensure customer satisfaction! Josh enjoys hiking with his dog, playing music, woodworking, and going out for a ride on his motorcycle.

Michelle Baldwin is our Receptionist/Dispatcher for all of our locations across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. She's stationed at our London, KY office and has been with our team for nearly 5 years. Michelle's favorite part about her job is talking to customers and being able to help them.

Dawn is a Dispatcher/Receptionist for all of our offices throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. While she has only been with SERVPRO^®; for a short time, she absolutely loves the job. Her favorite thing about being a part of the team is talking to customers and reassuring them that we will do our best to help them in their time of need.

Kevin joins our team with over 7 years of experience in HR across employee relations, talent management, and workplace development. He's passionate about creating positive, supportive environments where employees can thrive and grow. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys a variety of hands-on and adventurous pursuits, including his passion for cars, traveling to new destinations, spending quality time with his dogs, and refinishing his 115-year-old home to preserve its character and charm.

Meet our Director of Construction Services! Logan started at SERVPRO^®; with our team in Richmond, Kentucky as a college student, where he interned as a supervisor in the construction division. Then, he moved up to the Construction Project Manager role. During his time with us, he helped oversee many successful construction projects! Logan made a brief career pivot but has recently returned to SERVPRO^®; to fill a brand-new position, Director of Construction Services. In this role, he will manage and direct the construction departments of our regional teams spanning Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. We're thrilled to have him back with us! Logan's favorite part about working at SERVPRO of Downtown Cincinnati, Team Roberts/Parsons is "that we get to help people on their worst days and use our expertise to walk alongside them to get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible." He also enjoys time outdoors, whether hiking or kayaking, serving his church, and hitting the gym. Logan retains a bachelor's degree in construction management and master's degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
