Meet Our Team

Julie Roberts began her SERVPRO®; journey with her husband, Tony, in 2005. She has both a Bachelor of Marketing and Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Julie enjoys time out on the lake or on horseback when she can! She had no clue SERVPRO even existed when her husband brought the opportunity to her, and now she said she can’t imagine doing anything else. While she jokes that in this business “every day is a surprise” she loves being able to help people in their time of need, and work with her employees to create a place of employment that is not only fun but also helps contribute to the community in which they are placed.

Anthony Roberts got his start with SERVPRO®; while in college as a Service Marketing Representative. He immediately felt a passion for the industry and talked his Bride-To-Be into moving to London, KY to start their own franchise in 2005. Together with his wife, he enjoys nurturing a culture for compassion towards their customers in their time of need. In his free time, he likes to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats and spend time at the lake with his wife and two sons. Tony holds several important certifications including IICRC Applied Structural Drying and IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist.

Mike Parsons got his start with SERVPRO®; nearly 20 years ago. Mike really enjoys the ability to help people in their time of need through our restoration services. His passion for building relationships and helping his team succeed motivates him every day. Mike holds several important certifications including IICRC – WTR, ASD, and CDS, OSHA HAZWOPER 40, mold remediation, subrogation I and II and numerous SERVPRO corporate certifications. He is also a Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers Contractor and a Kentucky Department of Agriculture Applicator. In his free time, Mike enjoys family time with his wife and two children, backroads traveling, and of course, UK football and basketball!

Brian is the General Manager of our Cincinnati SERVPRO®; franchises covering Central Cincinnati, Downtown Cincinnati, Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Cincinnati East/Clermont County. Over 30 years of experience in contract management and operations experience in Facility Maintenance, Custodial, and Grounds/Landscaping services in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Business environments. He has comprehensive experience in developing programs that foster a culture for delivering quality service, safety awareness, and operational efficiencies: recognizing the value of several mentors in Brian’s career development. Brian has a passion and desire to share that same experience in the development of his team in coaching and teaching individuals into leadership roles.

Josh is Production Manager of our Cincinnati SERVPRO®; franchises covering Central Cincinnati, Downtown Cincinnati, Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Cincinnati East/Clermont County. He has been in the mitigation business for over 20 years; He started on the truck and worked his way up to Production Manager. Josh has Applied Structural Drying Technician Certification as well as the Water Removal Technician Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He has been a part of large losses and traveled for many storm events. Josh’s favorite part about his job is helping people during their difficult times. In his spare time, Josh likes to spend time with wife and two children.

Josh is an Estimator for all of our locations throughout Cincinnati and in Kentucky and Indiana. His favorite part of the role is seeing job progress from start to finish and assisting the team to ensure customer satisfaction! Josh enjoys hiking with his dog, playing music, woodworking, and going out for a ride on his motorcycle.

Paige is the Office Manager for all of Team Roberts franchises across KY, OH, and IN. She has a bachelor's in marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. Her favorite part of the job is "getting to know the team, learning all the amazing things SERVPRO®; does for customers, and hearing wonderful results afterwords." Paige is widely known for her employee development, team building, and maintaining a positive culture. She is a part of several SERVPRO committees. Paige enjoys playing the piano, spending time with her family, and watching the CATS play!

Bill is Construction Manager of our Cincinnati SERVPRO®; franchises covering Central Cincinnati, Downtown Cincinnati, Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Cincinnati East/Clermont County. He has over 30 years’ of experience in the building and remodeling trades with business ownership specializing in high-end remodeling, attention to detail, and customer service. He has certificates in home inspection and Commercial/ Residential mold inspection and is a national licensed soccer coach. Fun facts: Bill is a certified open water diver, and his favorite movie is water boy.

Brett oversees post-mitigation and reconstruction processes for SERVPRO Team Roberts.

As Construction Project Coordinator, Noel handles workflow processes for post-mitigation jobs and reconstruction projects. He enjoys watching baseball and Seinfeld reruns.

Kelsey Goode is the Regional Business Development Manager for all territories within SERVPRO Team Roberts, across KY, OH, and IN. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, she started as our Marketing Coordinator and worked her way up in the Sales division during her past eight years here. Her favorite part of her job is "working within her community to help make people's lives a little easier when disaster strikes." She has the following IICRC certifications: Water Technician Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup (TCST) certified. In 2021, she won the MVP award at SERVPRO headquarters. Kelsey was born and raised in Richmond, KY. She enjoys reading and going on walks with her husband and their dogs! You can find her volunteering with Bluegrass Bully Rescue in her free time and saving all the dogs.

Katie started her SERVPRO®; journey 4 years ago with our Cincinnati, OH office and recently expanded her position to all locations under our ownership umbrella in OH, KY, and IN. She works directly with the business development team, ensuring they have all necessary assets to successfully land and build client relationships, manages social media and website pages, coordinates events and sponsorships, creates content, and more. Out of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart and their 4 fur babies. Her innovative and creative mind bring value to our growing communities, digital platforms, and our regional teams.

Human Resources Manager for our offices in Cincinnati and Kentucky and Indiana.

As part of the SERVPRO®; STORM Response and Large Loss Recovery team, we help areas recover during widespread storm events, like the recent Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Dalton has a background in Safety and Crew Management, so it was an easy choice to have him lead this team. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University’s Bachelor of Occupational Safety Program, he also received a Minor in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology. Dalton enjoys playing golf with friends in his free time!

Tracey is one of the Job File/Project Coordinators at SERVPRO Team Roberts, who works primarily at our office in Richmond, KY but occasionally helps our Cincinnati team manage and track mitigation projects. She has worked with our company for over 12 years!

Michelle is one of our Receptionist-Dispatchers for all locations of Team Roberts throughout Cincinnati and areas in Kentucky and Indiana. She's been part of our team for several years and her favorite part about her job is talking to customers and being able to help them.

Heidi is the Controller for all of our Cincinnati offices as well as our offices in Kentucky and Indiana. She has nearly 3 decades of accounting experience, and her love for counting and numbers began during summers as a child when she would keep books for a wholesale saltwater fish company.

Diana is Lead Fire Crew Chief of our franchises covering Central Cincinnati, Downtown Cincinnati, Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Cincinnati East/Clermont County. She has nearly 3 decades experience and is Fire & Smoke Restoration Certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Tahleah is the Accounts Payable Clerk for all of our offices throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. She joined our team in later 2023 with 7 years of volunteer community outreach experience with Autism Society of Oregon and 8 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience. Tahleah was born in Seattle, Washington, raised in Oregon, and moved to Irvine, Kentucky two years ago. She enjoys quality time with her spouse and two children and recently moved her parents out from Oregon to live with her family.

Alexis "Lexi" Connelly is the Accounts Receivable Clerk for all of our offices throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. She joined our team near the end of Summer 2024 after moving to KY from Oshkosh, WI. Lexi is an animal-lover and enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of the office, including fishing, hiking, gardening, and playing video games.
