We hired ServPro to help remediate after a sewer backup caused come flooding in the basement. Ashley and Giovanni were both very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Giovanni and Carlos successfully cleaned, deodorised and steam cleaned our white sofa that had urine and water stains all over the back cushions and top of the sofa. We thought the sofa was a total loss, but now the sofa is a main part of our home.
