We hired ServPro to help remediate after a sewer backup caused come flooding in the basement. Ashley and Giovanni were both very helpful and very pleasant to work with. They handled much of the insurance paperwork, which saved us a lot of time and headache. Giovanni and his team were very polite, respectful, and thorough, & spent 3 days drying out the basement, cleaning, and removing damaged flooring, wall paneling, etc. Overall, we have been very happy with ServPro's services and would recommend them to anyone in need of remediation work after a flood or other unfortunate event.
A few days before Christmas, I had a flood in my bathroom which not only affected my apartment but also those below me. Someone had recommended Servpro. They scheduled me immediately. From start to finish, the staff helped me navigate each step of the mitigation. I’m so grateful to everyone involved but would like to especially thank Amanda, Gio, John, Kissenia, Guadalupe and everyone who worked in my home. You all greatly improved an incredibly stressful situation.
Giovanni and Carlos successfully cleaned, deodorised and steam cleaned our white sofa that had urine and water stains all over the back cushions and top of the sofa. We thought the sofa was a total loss, but now the sofa is a main part of our home.
