Professional group. Their arrival was delayed by weather, but they kept me informed. The crew was friendly and laid out the steps that were going to be taken to get me cleaned up. There was a billing discrepancy, but Travis looked into it and made it right. I would definitely recommend

Southtowns Basement Took in Water and needed major clean up! 💦 The mitigation crew did an exceptional job during an incredibly stressful time for us. Their care, attention to detail, professionalism and thoroughness meant that no surface was left untouched.
