Hired Servpro to deal with some smoke damage in my apartment. Their team, led by Eric, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. They did a full survey, gave us a quote, and then promptly did the cleaning/repairs. They even went above and beyond and cleaned other small things that we had forgotten to request. Hi there, writing this in FREEZING nyc, where my building has not only had frozen pipe issues, but I had a toilet overflow in my bathroom that the water almost froze from the temps when I wasn’t home.
