I had a leak from an air conditioner running for a week. Occupants of the second floor unit were away. They returned to find a soaking wet carpet and wet walls. Serve pro’s team responded immediately, assessed the situation and got right to work. They knew exactly what to do, set up their equipment and rectified the situation. The team was very knowledgeable and professional (and very nice ) within a day we were dry , free of mold and smelling fresh! Highly recommend!! I have had the opportunity to use ServePro on multiple occasions with terrible flooding that took place in our basement at work. From the time I spoke to a representative to discuss our issues, until everything was cleaned and disinfected, the service was timely, professional, easy to work together with as the workers took care of every detail, I give ServePro an outstanding rating! Servpro Team Allen repaired my home after a fire broke out in my kitchen and quickly spread. The smoke, soot, ash and water damage created a big disaster for us, it was extremely overwhelming and emotional for myself and family. I was referred to Team Allen by a close friend who went through a similar experience and was impressed and grateful for the support, knowledge and professionalism of their staff. From our first call to the office on a late Saturday night through the cleanup and reconstruction process, this team was incredible.
