Cynthia has been a cornerstone of SERVPRO Team Allen for more than 11 years, currently taking on the role of Director of Operations. She skillfully oversees daily logistics to keep projects on schedule and within budget while leading her project team. Her exceptional leadership drives our success and operational efficiency!

Amit is the Director of Construction at SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island, where he previously shone as Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder. Since joining Team Allen in 2017, he has earned the essential NY State Mold Supervisor Certification, along with IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 25 years of construction experience, Amit provides invaluable expertise to our build-back services. He actively participates in the United Madrassi Association (UMA), contributing to community improvement projects, and volunteers at homeless shelters, where he helps distribute meals. Residing in Queens, Amit is also a member of a cricket club boy, does he love cricket) and enjoys biking, swimming, and spending quality time with his family.

Terri joined the SERVPRO The Rockaways, Coney Island’s Team Allen’s office in March 2023 as the Human Resource Administrator, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Her career shift highlights her dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employees with care and expertise. Outside of the office, Terri enjoys peaceful walks along the boardwalk in Rockaway, NY, and cherishes time spent with her two grown children.

As the Office Manager, Angelica plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine. Her exceptional organizational skills are the backbone of our processes, allowing our crews and office staff to operate with maximum efficiency. By meticulously maintaining detailed job files and expertly coordinating key information, she guarantees that every project progresses smoothly, ultimately boosting overall productivity and client satisfaction.

Angelica's contributions go beyond her professional responsibilities; she is a natural problem solver who anticipates potential challenges and addresses them proactively, ensuring that our team can focus on delivering top-notch service to our clients. Her positive attitude and collaborative spirit create a supportive work environment that motivates everyone around her.

Away from work, Angelica treasures spending quality time with her family in Brooklyn. Her unwavering dedication to both her career and her family makes her an invaluable member of our team and a cherished presence in the community. Angelica embodies the spirit of service and commitment, and we are grateful to have her on board.

Gerrianne is the CMO at SERVPRO of The Rockaways and Coney Island, specializing in property restoration. With over 20 years in sales and marketing, she helps clients recover from fire, water, and mold damage.

She excels in developing sales strategies and leading teams to boost revenue and market share. An expert in marketing communications, she creates innovative campaigns that drive leads. Active in the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and the Gotham Organization, Gerrianne aims to provide fast solutions for commercial property damage. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exploring museums, and relaxing at the beach.

Anthony Colucci has been serving as the Accounts Receivable and Payable office worker at SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island since 2023. With his QuickBooks certification, Anthony ensures that the company’s financial operations run smoothly, managing both accounts with precision. His additional qualification as a notary public allows him to offer valuable support beyond his financial duties.

Living in Kew Gardens, Anthony enjoys a well-rounded life outside of work. He’s passionate about reading, continually exploring new ideas and stories. Traveling is another of Anthony’s favorite pursuits, offering him the chance to experience diverse cultures and perspectives. Additionally, he leads meditation groups, fostering mindfulness and tranquility within his community.

Kerri is a dedicated administrative assistant at SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island, joining the team in 2024. With strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, she coordinates the office staff, sales team, and production crews to ensure efficient operations.

Outside of work, Kerri is involved in the Women's Auxiliary with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), demonstrating her commitment to community service.

Living in Brooklyn, Kerri enjoys fishing and participating in 5K walk/runs, keeping her active and connected to her community. Her vibrant personality and dedication make her an invaluable member of the SERVPRO family.

As a Project Manager, Cesar Chai is a highly skilled restoration expert at SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island where he has been making a significant impact since 2021. With over six years of experience in the restoration industry, Cesar's expertise is truly unmatched. He holds the Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification from the IICRC, reflecting his extensive knowledge of effective restoration techniques. Additionally, he is a certified Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) and has completed training in Lead Abatement, further enhancing his qualifications.

Cesar takes immense pride in his work, meticulously attending to every detail to ensure his clients are not just satisfied but genuinely delighted with the services he provides. His commitment to quality and thoroughness has earned him a reputation as a trusted professional in the industry.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends in the vibrant Borough of Brooklyn. Whether it’s exploring local parks, trying out new restaurants, or simply relaxing at home, he cherishes these moments and values the connections he has with his loved ones.

Eric is a Project Manager atSERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island and brings extensive experience in restoration and construction to Team Allen. He is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and New York State Mold Abatement. Outside of work, Eric resides in East Flatbush, where he actively participates in local food drives and pantry efforts. In his free time, he enjoys sports and spending time with friends.

John Flanagan is a promising member of Team Allen at SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island. Since joining in 2023, he has quickly advanced from Technician to Lead Technician. With a plumbing background, John enhances our team’s skills and confidently tackles challenges. His quick learning and adaptability make him an invaluable asset. Outside of work, John enjoys time with family and friends, unwinding at the beach, and diving into his passion for video gaming.

As a Lead Technician, Walter has been with Team Allen's SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island since 2021, bringing over five years of restoration experience. He is IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), making him a skilled leader in the field. Walter lives in Staten Island and is dedicated to helping clients restore their properties to pre-damage conditions.

Ricardo joined SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island in 2023, where he serves as a lead technician. With 6 years of experience in the restoration industry, he is well-equipped to handle a variety of challenges. He holds IICRC certifications in water damage restoration (WRT) and Crime & Trauma Scene cleanup, highlighting his expertise and commitment to best practices. A Staten Island native, Ricardo loves spending his leisure time playing and watching football, diving into video games, and enjoying quality time with his family. His enthusiasm for his work and his dedication to helping others make him a key asset to the SERVPRO team.

As a Reconstrucion Technician, Giuseppe joined our construction team at SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in construction and build-back projects. His skills make him a key part of Team Allen! When he’s not working, you can find Giuseppe strolling through the city, soaking up the sights, or baking up a storm at home in Brooklyn.

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), and he also has training in confined spaces. With several years of experience in restoration, Tom proudly served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. As an Air Force Veteran, he is dedicated to giving back to the community through charitable work with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). In his free time, Tom enjoys escaping his Brooklyn home to fish and relax at the beach.

Juan is a skilled production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island restoration franchise. ECTP-trained in both Tech 100 and 200, he boasts over eight years of experience in the restoration industry. Since joining the team in 2023, Juan has been recognized as a reliable team player and contributor. Before his time at SERVPRO, he gained valuable experience as a construction worker for three years. Living in New York, Juan cherishes springtime spent with his family and enjoys activities like playing baseball, fishing, and traveling to new destinations.

Since joining SERVPRO of The Rockaways, Coney Island in 2023, Walther has been a dedicated Production Technician who completed our in-house ECTP training, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. A hard worker and valued member of Team Allen, he embodies the spirit of teamwork. In his free time, Walther enjoys swimming and working out at the gym, reflecting his passion for a healthy lifestyle. He resides in New York, embracing the local culture and community.
