I was lucky enough to meet some amazing people when my water heater spilled water all over my basement. Everything was ruined, or so I thought, and my heart was breaking. ServPro of Middletown—especially Juan Bermudez and his crew: Eric, Victor, and Edgar—came to my rescue. Juan assured me they would do their best, and they did. All my special and antique items were repackaged with care. Juan stayed involved throughout, and I knew I was in good hands. Rich and his team were always professional, on time and did an exceptional job overall. In a time of need, it was reassuring to have a qualified person to help us.

Our office building had a boiler puff back. After a thorough evaluation of the damage the process was explained. The cleaning crew came in and methodically cleaned every section of our building. Items that had been stored in the basement and were not salvageable were marked for destruction and removed. Everything was cleaned and the building was cleaned from top to bottom. The crew worked closely with each office to meet their needs. Highly recommended.
